The Mason-Dixon Roller Vixens is a women’s flat track roller derby league. We formed in June 2007 and began skating at I-Skate 81 in Greencastle, PA – a rink previously owned by our current rink owner. Over the last few years, we’ve seen plenty of skaters come and go, made a lot of friends, stretched our minds and bodies and taken risks at every turn. Today, we are a league of dedicated women who seriously enjoy the sport of roller derby. We spent two years filling in bout line-ups, doing exhibitions, expos and intros and just learning how to play Roller Derby. The end of 2009 will be the completion of our first full season. Today, as a league, we can offer new members a fairly well organized, focused league devoted to community service, good sportsmanship, physical fitness, left turns and sweet, sweet Roller Derby!
